ZKSD sludge dehydrator is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment with high efficiency and continuous operation.Using polyester mesh as filter medium, it can dehydrate all kinds of suspensions with pretreatment water content below 99.5 into mud cake after multi-stage pressing (the water content varies with different materials after dehydration).This product is a new generation of belt press and filter machine developed by our company according to foreign sludge dewatering technology, and on the basis of introducing the models of digestion and absorption from KLEIN company of Germany, andritz company of Austria and EMO company of France.(the machine can reduce the dosage by more than 20%).

Scope of use:

This product is suitable for the dehydration of mixed sludge, nitrification sludge and residual activated sludge from urban sewage.Also widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, papermaking, printing and dyeing, leather, electroplating, brewing, coal, sugar and other industries produced all kinds of sludge dehydration.Especially for activated sludge, metallurgical sludge, flotation concentrate, tailings (coal) dehydration effect is better.

Working process:

After the sludge is fully mixed with flocculant and flows into the feed distributor of the concentration section, the sludge is evenly distributed on the inclined concentration section, and under the double guide drainage and the action of gravity of the mud rake, the sludge rapidly removes the free water of the sludge with the rotation of the filter belt.After gravity dehydration, the concentrated sludge is transported to the gravity dehydration section of the belt filter press for further dehydration through the reverse mechanism.Then feeding into the "S" shaped press section, in the "S" shaped press section, the sludge is sandwiched between the two layers of press cloth, through a number of different diameters of the roller press repeatedly, sludge dehydration, and finally scraping mud cake through a scraper, and the net in the running process of the continuous automatic cleaning.

Technical characteristics:

1. It is mainly used in the treatment of unconcentrated sludge, which has the double function of concentrated dehydration and saves the civil engineering investment.

2. The solid-liquid separation time was optimized by using the concentrated and pressed filter belts with different pores and different linear velocities.
