The plate and frame filter press is a kind of intermittent solid-liquid separation equipment, which is composed of filter plates and frames arranged to form a filter chamber. Under the pressure of the feed pump, the feed liquid is sent to each filter chamber to separate the solid and liquid through the filter medium.Widely used in chemical industry, dye, petroleum, ceramics, pharmaceutical, sugar, food, starch, caramel, paint, metallurgy and other industries sewage treatment.It has the advantages of good separation effect, wide application range, simple operation and low investment, especially for the separation of sticky and fine materials.
Operating principle of plate and frame filter press;
Used for separating solids from liquids.The cake after filter filter has higher solids content and better separation effect.The basic principle of solid-liquid separation is;The mixture passes through the filter medium (press cloth), the solid stays on the press cloth, and gradually accumulates on the press cloth to form a filter cake.The cake part penetrates the filter cloth and becomes a clean liquid without solid.
Automatic plate and frame filter press is mainly composed of frame, filter, hydraulic pressure, automatic drawing plate and electrical control system.
1, the frame
Connected by head plate, tail plate, oil cylinder bracket and beam, used for supporting filter plate, automatic drawing plate and oil cylinder.
2. Filtration system
It is composed of a filter plate and a press cloth.The suspensions to be filtered are transported to each pressed filter chamber by a pump. The liquid in the suspension passes through the filter cloth and is discharged out of the machine through the filtrate outlet on each filter plate. The solid particles in the suspension are accumulated in the filter chamber and gradually form a filter cake.If the use of double diaphragm filter plate, after the end of feeding, can be into the rubber diaphragm into the compressed air, so that the diaphragm bulge, press the filter cake, so that the water in the filter cake further overflow.
3. Hydraulic control system
It is composed of hydraulic station and oil cylinder.It is a dynamic mechanism for the back and forth movement of the filter plate. When the filter plate is pressed, the piston rod moves forward and pushes the head plate to move. The filter plate is pressed and locked by itself.
4. Electrical control system
With oil pump start, stop, filter plate pressing, release, stop and hydraulic oil heating and other functions.It controls the movement of the whole machine.
5. Automatic drawing board
It is composed of hydraulic motor and drawing plate mechanism.By the rotation of the hydraulic motor, the pull plate mechanism is driven forward and backward, so as to pull the filter plate apart.
