Filtering mechanism

When the filter cake needs to be washed, there are clear flow one-way washing and two-way washing, underflow one-way washing and two-way washing.

A. clear flow one-way washing means that the washing liquid enters the hole of the thrust plate in turn, goes through the filter cloth and then through the filter cake, and flows out from the non-porous filter plate. At this time, the liquid outlet nozzle of the perforated plate is in the closed state, while the liquid outlet nozzle of the non-porous plate is in the open state.

B, bright flow two-way washing is, wash liquid from the thrust plate on both sides of the washing liquid into the hole has been washed twice, that is, wash liquid from one side of the washing and then from the other side of the washing, wash liquid exports and imports are diagonal direction, so also called two-way cross washing.

C, the undercurrent one-way flow polyester is, washing liquid from the thrust plate washing liquid into the hole in turn into the perforated plate, through the filter cloth and then through the filter cake, from the non-porous filter plate out.

D, undercurrent bidirectional washing is washing liquid from the upper side of the stop plate on both sides of the two washing liquid into the hole has been washed twice, that is, washing first from one side of the washing, and then from the other side of the washing liquid, the outlet is diagonal direction, so it is also called undercurrent bidirectional cross washing.
