ZW Self priming sewage non blocking pump:
ZW type non-blocking self-priming sewage pump is a new type of pump which is developed by our company according to the structure and performance of ZX type self-priming centrifugal pump and QW type submersible sewage pump. ZW Self priming sewage pump can be like a general water self-priming pump which does not need to install the bottom valve, without irrigation water diversion and the pump can suck and discharge the wastewater with solid particles whose diameter is 60% of pump outlet diameter and fiber whose length is 1.5 times of impeller diameter and other waste liquids with the dirt, sediment, impurities, waste treatment and all engineering sewage and colloidal liquid etc. ZW self priming sewage non blocking pump is convenient for use and installation.
1. Strong sewage discharge capacity: the special impeller with non-blocking design ensures high efficiency and no clogging of the pump.
2. High efficiency and energy saving: excellent hydraulic model is adopted, and the efficiency is 3-5% higher than the general self-priming pump.
3. Good self-priming performance: the self-priming height is 1 meter higher than the general self-priming pump, and the self-priming time is shorter.

ZW non-blocking self-priming sewage pump is suitable for chemical industry, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking, fiber, pulp, textile, food, power plant and municipal sewage engineering, public facilities sewage, river pond aquaculture and other industries to transfer the wastewater or waste liquids
2, the ambient temperature ≤50℃, medium temperature ≤65℃, special requirements can reach 120℃

4. The particle diameter is 60% of the pump diameter and the concentration is 5%;Fiber length is generally 3 times the diameter of the pump, the concentration of 3%.
5. The total impurities in the medium should be less than 15%.
