ZW self - priming pump is based on the relevant technical data after absorption, digestion, improvement of the development of energy-saving pump products. This pump belongs to the self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, stable operation, convenient maintenance, high efficiency, long life and strong self-priming ability. The pump does not need to install the bottom valve in the pipeline, and only need to keep the quantitative priming fluid stored in the pump body before work. Therefore, the pipeline system is simplified to improve the working conditions.
ZW self-priming pump is a new generation of pump products that can not only be as common as the self-priming pump without the need to install the bottom valve and irrigation water, but also can suck and discharge large particles of solid and long fiber impurities and self-priming and non-blocking sewage discharge.
The sewage pump adopts the mixed impeller and axial backflow, which can completely replace the WQ and QW submersible sewage pump in the sewage pump products, and has the advantages of good self-priming (self-priming height up to 5m), high efficiency and energy saving, simple structure, strong sewage and easy maintenance.
The ZW self-priming pump is provided with a liquid storage chamber inside the pump body, which is communicated with the pump working chamber through the upper reflux hole and the lower circulating hole, forming the axial reflux external mixing system of the pump. After the pump stops working, the pump cavity has stored a certain volume of liquid, when the pump starts, the pump liquid storage in the role of the impeller, with the air is thrown up, the liquid through the gas-liquid separation tube grid backflow to the working chamber, the gas is discharged the pump body, make the pump to form a certain degree of vacuum, achieve the role of self-absorption.
Application scope of ZW self-priming pump:
