ZWL type direct connection non-blocking self-priming pump adopts direct connection structure. ZWL type direct-coupled non-clogging self-priming pump features:
1. Compact structure, this series of pumps are horizontal structure, machine pump integration, beautiful appearance, less floor area, compared with the ordinary self-priming sewage pump, reduce the floor area by 30%
2. Stable operation, low noise and high concentricity of components. The direct connection between motor and pump simplifies the intermediate structure and increases the smoothness of operation. The impeller has excellent static and static balance, no vibration during operation, low noise, prolonging the service life of the bearing and improving the service environment.
3. Advanced hydraulic model is adopted, with high efficiency and good performance.
4. Easy installation, use and maintenance. There is no need to install check valve in the discharge line, and no need to install bottom valve in the suction line, thus simplifying the pipeline system and improving the working conditions. Unique structure, good self - priming performance, only to ensure that the quantitative priming fluid can be stored in the pump body before pump works.
Working principle:
Pump body of ZWL self-priming sewage pump is provided with a liquid storage chamber, and through the upper reflux hole and the lower circulation hole connected with the sewage pump working chamber, constitute the pump axial reflux external mixing system. After the sewage pump stopped working, the pump cavity has stored a certain volume of liquid. When the sewage pump starts, the liquid storage in the pump under the role of the impeller, carrying air is thrown upward, the liquid through the network of gas-liquid separation tube backflow to the working chamber, the gas is discharged outside the sewage pump, so that the pump to form a certain degree of vacuum, achieve the role of self-absorption.
