VSP fluoroplastic strong self-priming pump
VSP self-priming pump is composed of pump body, pump cover, rotor assembly and power assembly. The rotor assembly is installed in the pump chamber composed of the pump body and pump cover. The power assembly drives the rotor assembly to rotate.
VSP strong self priming pump has super self priming performance. High liquid viscosity such as oil, glue etc, volatile solvent such as barrel and tank filled liquid can be completely discharged. Suction height is better than vacuum pumps. The liquids filled in barrel can be suck up in one second, 3 m / 2 seconds. While other self-priming pump need more time for self-priming. （3 m / 180 seconds）. Cavitation resistance is strong.
The pump has simple structure, few parts, easy installation, easy maintenance, long service life.
1. Strong self-priming ability: unique and innovative structure, with a suction height of 8.2 meters.
2. Short self-priming time: 3 m /2 seconds, 5 m /8 seconds, 8 m /15 seconds.
3. Wide pumping range: volatile solvent and high viscosity liquid can be pumped.
4. Strong cavitation resistance: it can pump liquid in the container with high vacuum degree.
Application for VSP pump
1. Extraction and transportation of various low specific gravity and volatile solvent solutions.
2. Liquid extraction and transportation in drums, and extraction and cleaning (replace barrel pump and vacuum pump unit)
3. Drain and clean the residue in the tank.
4. Sludge extraction and cleaning of pool bottom and tank bottom.
