CYZ horizontal self-priming oil pump is improved and developed by our company. CYZ self-priming oil pump is the ideal oil transfer pump for the oil industry, oil depot, oil tank truck land etc. It is suitable for the Marine cargo pump, bilge pump, ballast pump and machine cooling water circulation and so on.
CYZ self priming oil pump is especially used to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel, jet fuel, aviation fuel and other oils and sea water, clear water. medium temperature :- 20 ℃ to 80 ℃, When the pump is equipped with corrosion resistant mechanical seals and stainless steel material also can be used in chemical, pharmaceutical, brewing, electroplating, printing and dyeing, paper making, electric power, mining, etc. as a kind of energy-saving pump.
Features of self-priming oil pump
1. CYZ-A self-priming pump has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, smooth operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long service life and self-priming function that other pumps do not have. There is no need for bottom valve in the pipeline, only to ensure that quantitative oils into the pump body can be stored before the pump works. With the function of "one-time drainage, lifelong self-priming", it can also be used as a bilge pump for oil tanker or Marine oil pump, and the bilge effect is good.
2. CYZ-A self-priming oil pump is made of cast iron pump house and bronze impeller and driven by explosion proof motor and mechanical seal with hard alloy material is durable.
3. Foot valves/bottom valves do not need to be installed onto the pipeline of inlet and outlet, thus simplifying the piping system and improving working conditions. Suction height is 4-5meters.
