CYZ Self priming explosion proof oil centrifugal pump is normally made of cast iron pump case with bronze impeller and driven by explosion proof motor.
CYZ self-priming centrifugal pump is according to the relevant technical data at home and abroad after digestion, absorption, improve the development of the latest pump products, this pump is suitable for the oil industry, oil depot, oil tank truck land ideal products, and is suitable for the Marine cargo pump, bilge pump, ballast pump and machine cooling water circulation and so on, respectively to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel, jet fuel and other oil products and sea water, clear water, medium temperature - 20 ℃ ~ 80 ℃. When the pumped liquid is for chemical liquid, the pump made of corrosion resistant material and mechanical seal can be used.
Main features:
1, As the self-priming centrifugal pump, it has a simple structure, easy to operate, smooth operation, easy to maintain, high efficiency, long life with strong self-priming ability and other advantages. There is no need for bottom valve in the pipeline, only need to ensure that there is quantitative pumping oil in the pump body before work. When it is used on oil tanker or water conveyance ship, it can also be used as sweeping pump, sweeping effect is good.
2, The pump is with high-quality materials and sealed by cemented carbide mechanical seal, durable, the discharge pipeline does not need to install a safety valve, suction pipeline does not need to install a bottom valve, so as to simplify the pipeline system and improve the working conditions.
