1 machine body
The sandblasting machine is welded by 3mm cold rolled steel plate. The exterior and exterior of the machine are sprayed with plastic. The external dimensions are 1100 (L) x 1000 (W) x 2150 (H) mm.
2 workpiece rotation device
The belt conveyer is used to drive the workpiece to rotate at uniform speed.
The rotating device is composed of three-phase AC motor drive (motor power: 0.2 kw), B-type triangular belt (70 inches), B-type two-groove belt pulley, rotating bearing seat, etc.
3 workpiece compaction device
It is composed of SCAB-50-100 cylinder, passive bearing seat and pre tightening spring.
4 sandblasting launcher
Number of sand blasting launchers: 3. Nozzle material: boron carbide and nozzle diameter: 8mm.
5 compressed air system (user self configuration)
After the compressed air enters the machine, the pressure is regulated by a pressure regulator (1-7 bar), and the pressure gauge is installed to show its value (the user is required to provide dry compressed air with a pressure of more than 8 bar and a flow rate of about 2 m3/min).
6 electrical system
The power of the exhaust fan is 1.1KW.
Workpiece rotary motor power: 0.2KW, transmission ratio of 1:60, three-phase AC motor with frequency conversion speed regulation device;
The total power is 1.4kw.
It also includes 99 seconds timer, H3Y30 second delay device, intermediate relay 4a/4b, button and emergency stop.
7 cyclone separator
Adopt 3mm cold rolled steel plate welding structure. The abrasive and dust can be separated for further use so that the dust collector can only absorb dust and the sand can be recycled to reduce abrasive consumption and increase power consumption.
8 deduster
A, structure type: cloth bag dust collector, fan motor: 1.1kw
Set up dusting cloth bag: 16.
