1. The machine adopts fully automatic single sandblasting operation and is controlled by intelligent microcomputer to truly achieve safe production. Electrical control system adopts PLC control, accurate control and convenient operation.
2. The small rotary table is separately driven by a motor, and the speed is stepless speed controlled by a frequency converter. The set is fixed, and the spraying distance and Angle can be adjusted to achieve the sandblasting effect.
3. The Sand blasting transmitter is controlled by the decelerator motor to move sand, which can adjust the moving speed. The large rotary table of the reducer motor moves continuously, and the moving speed can be adjusted by the frequency converter.
4. The machine is equipped with cyclone separator, which can separate and save the continuous abrasive and useless dust automatically. Therefore, the abrasive can be recycled, thus greatly reducing abrasive consumption and achieving cost saving.
5. The machine is designed to be fully sealed and equipped with a dust collector, which can store all the dust generated in the cleaning process. Therefore, this machine does not produce any environmental substandard index.
Sandblasting machine function:

The leveling and decoration of the coating can remove the surface impurities, impurities and oxide layers, coarsen the surface of the medium, eliminate the residual stress of the workpiece and improve the surface hardness of the substrate.
