Features of crawler type burr sandblasting machine:
1. This machine is specially designed for processing the edges (batch heads) of thermosetting plastic products produced by hot compression or injection molding.

The principle of crawler type burring machine:
It is the burrs of hot or rigid plastic products for compression or injection molding. It comes from the combination of the projecting device, the chassis, the belt conveyor and the dust collecting device. It is a washing machine with simple appearance, no space and high efficiency.
The projecting material is projected onto the product by a high-speed rotating impeller, and the flaky edge, the concave edge or the edge in the hole can be removed in a short time. The size of the projecting power can be adjusted on the keyboard of the frequency converter on the control panel.
The spray chamber is made of belt conveyor, all of which are covered with rubber. When the input product is stirred in the forward rotation of the belt, the edge is uniformly removed by the impact of the projecting material thrown out at high speed.
The projected material can be used continuously through a delicate circulation system. Powdery brim and smaller projected material are attracted by the dust collector to capture, while larger brim is filtered out by a screen.
A nozzle for humidification is arranged in the middle of the suction pipe. Proper humidity can enhance spray effect, prevent dust adhesion and increase the life of projecting material.
