Feiya group branch factory-Xinlu's wedge wire screens are generally made from stainless steel,, galvanized steel. Slots as narrow as 0.1mm and up to a maximum of 15mm allow precise matching of the screen opening size to the materials to be filtered. These well screens are typically used in water wells, oil wells and geothermal wells. The maximum screen length can reach up to 6 m.

1. A well screen is a piece of pipe with slots around its length. Rigid construction, a maximum open area up to 60% and precise slot openings suit the wedge wire screen for use in fine and silty sand aquifers.
2. A wedge wire design reduces the risk of clogging and is easy to backwash.
3. Large screen areas increase the chance of clean water entering the well while still keeping impurities out. This means more water can easily enter the well, keeping pumping costs low. The water also undergoes less of a pressure drop, which reduces the energy consumption through the pumping process.
4. Water enters at a low speed, under a low pressure, which reduces erosion on the screen surface and improves the screen's service life.
5. For the given length, diameter and slot opening size, Feiya group branch factory- Xinlu's filter screens allow for a flow rate that is 3 times higher than the bridge slot screen, and 9 times that of a louvered well screen.
6. Customers can choose the slot opening size anywhere between 0.1 to 6mm, based on specific application requirements.

Water Wire Screen Product Description:
Water Well Screen is welded by V wire and support rod.
There is a fixed value slot between each v wire, and the continuous slot, designed to provide maximum open are to reduce entrance velocity, increase hydraulic efficiency and promote more effective development.
The wrapped wire is V shape, and the support rod is round shape.
Water Wire Screen Advantages
1. Feiya water well screen with high open area are more suitable for the construction of high-quality water wells, oil wells and gas wells.
2. Feiya water well screen is low cost operation screen with high open area shall favor groundwater infiltration. Abundant water shall reduce the water level’s down, thus to save energy consumption.
