Wire Wrapped Screen Pipe – Slotted Liners
The wire wrapped screen pipe primarily consists of a wedge wire jacket combined with a perforated base pipe or support bars. Both the jacket and the support pipe/bars are crafted from high-quality SS 304 or 316L stainless steel. This screen can be used independently for completions in well-sorted formations or paired with a gravel pack for enhanced sand control and improved productivity.

Wire Wrap Wound Johnson Stainless Steel Well Screens For Filter Equipment is made by winding cold-rolled wire, approximately triangular in cross section, around a circular array of the longitudinal rods. The wire is attached to the rods by welding, producing rigid one-piece units having high strength characteristics at minimum weights.There is a fixed value slot between each v wire, and the continuous slot, designed to provide maximum open are to reduce entrance velocity, increase hydraulic efficiency and promote more effective development.
