Component and function

Filter press is mainly composed of three parts, namely: the frame parts, filter, pressure device.Filter press work, turn the handwheel, through small faint, big gear teeth, drive the screw drive pressure plate, pressure plate and the thrust plate is between the filter plate and filter medium (cloth) pressure, in order to make sure with working pressure of the filter material (slurry) in the indoor filter for pressure filtration.

1.Frame: frame constitute the basis of the pressure filter, filter is used to support institutions and connect other components.It is mainly composed of thrust plate, pressure plate, pressure of parts and main girder.

2.Filter plate: is made in a certain order filter plate is arranged on the main girder and between filter plate of filtering medium (filter cloth), to form the filter unit (room).

3.Pressing system: it is the power of pressure filter device, main parts are small tooth faint, big gear, screw, etc.The whole machine structure design reasonable, stable and reliable performance, simple operation, convenient maintenance, the applicable scope is wide, it is an ideal equipment of suspending liquid separation.
