This automatically pull plate filter press is the recessed chamber one with center feeding. It consists of beam,
filter plate, filter cloths, hydraulic unit and electric control cabinet.
1. Beam, High quality carbon steel Q345B and processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin,
then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance.
2. Filter plate, Polypropylene(PP) with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, innocuity, tasteless, light weight and high strength.
3. Filter cloths, High quality polypropylene acid and alkali proof or high quality polyester acid.
4. Hydraulic unit, China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve; Carbon steel bending welding, sealing,
air filtration external oil pump, cooling effect is good, maintenance is convenient; High and low pressure
oil pipe for gb soft connection
5. Electric control cabinet, PLC control cabinet with Siemens brand or schneider brand Electrical
components, Split type or can be fixed on the beam.
Operation process includes the following,
1. The hydraulic unit drive the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between head plate
and tail plate. And chambers form between every two plates.
2. The pump will deliver the mud into the chambers. Solids retainled in the chamber to be cake, and
liquid flow out. Until the cakes is full. Then pump stops.
3. With about 10 minutes pressure holding. When you see there is no liquid flow it, the squeezing
process finishs.
4. The plate shifter device will help to pull the plates one by one, and cake will discharge automatically.
