1. Product Description
This containerized gold CIL processing plant adopts integrated container‑based modular design, specially built for remote mine sites with poor transportation and infrastructure conditions. Core process units including feeding, grinding, multi‑stage leaching‑adsorption, elution‑desorption, electrowinning and auxiliary control systems are pre‑assembled inside standard shipping containers. The whole plant completes factory pre‑testing before delivery. It only requires simple site foundation work after arriving at remote mining areas, greatly shortening on‑site installation and commissioning cycle. Suitable for small‑medium scale gold projects in inaccessible regions, it delivers complete carbon‑in‑leach gold recovery capacity with convenient transportation and relocation capability.
2. Working Principle
Each functional container module is pre‑fabricated and pre‑wired in workshop. After containers are shipped to remote mine site, modules are positioned and interconnected via quick‑connect pipelines and electrical interfaces. Raw gold ore is fed into the grinding module inside container, and qualified ore slurry flows into container‑housed multi‑stage CIL leaching tanks for gold leaching and activated carbon adsorption. Loaded carbon is conveyed to elution‑desorption module, and gold‑rich solution enters electrowinning unit to generate gold mud for smelting. All process parameters can be monitored via integrated control cabinet. When mine resource is depleted, container modules can be disassembled and transported to another mining location for redeployment.
