1. Product Description
This low‑consumption gold CIL plant is an optimized carbon‑in‑leach gold processing solution focusing on cutting reagent and power operating cost. Optimized on process flow, equipment configuration and control logic, it is aimed at high cyanide consumption and high power expenditure of conventional gold leaching plants. The whole line includes energy‑saving grinding unit, high‑efficiency multi‑stage leaching‑adsorption tanks, reasonable reagent dosing control system, low‑loss carbon transfer assembly and energy‑saving auxiliary facilities. It keeps stable gold recovery performance while lowering cyanide consumption, power draw and daily operating expenses. The plant can be customized for new gold mine projects or revamping existing CIL production lines.
2. Working Principle
Raw ore is ground by energy‑efficient grinding equipment to achieve proper particle size, avoiding over‑grinding that wastes electric power. Ore slurry enters multi‑stage CIL leaching tanks. Precision automatic reagent dosing system adjusts cyanide and auxiliary agent dosage according to real‑time slurry condition, preventing excessive chemical addition. Optimized agitator and carbon transfer structure reduce motor power consumption and activated carbon breakage rate. Sufficient gold leaching and counter‑current carbon adsorption guarantee target gold recovery. Treated process water is recycled to reduce freshwater intake. All optimization measures jointly reduce power and reagent consumption without sacrificing metallurgical indexes.
