1. Product Description
This high‑grade gold concentrate processing gold CIL leaching plant is specially designed for treatment of high‑gold‑grade concentrate generated from gravity separation, flotation and other pre‑concentration processes. Compared with ordinary raw ore processing lines, the whole plant adopts enhanced material feeding, slurry conditioning, multi‑stage leaching‑adsorption, elution‑desorption and electrowinning modules to adapt to high gold content feedstock. The system strictly controls slurry concentration, reagent dosage and carbon circulation volume to avoid gold loss caused by excessive local gold load. It can achieve efficient gold dissolution and recovery for high‑grade gold concentrate, and is available for independent concentrate processing workshop or integrated configuration with upstream mineral processing equipment.
2. Working Principle
High‑grade gold concentrate material is fed into the system, and prepared into qualified slurry after size adjustment and slurry conditioning. Concentrate slurry is sent into multi‑stage CIL leaching tanks. Under controlled cyanide addition and stirring conditions, gold minerals in high‑grade concentrate are fully leached out. Activated carbon adsorbs large amount of dissolved gold, and carbon circulation rate is reasonably adjusted to prevent carbon saturation in advance. High‑loaded gold carbon is continuously transported to elution‑desorption unit to produce high‑concentration gold‑rich solution. Gold‑rich solution flows into electrowinning device to precipitate high‑purity gold mud. Gold mud is delivered to smelting section for melting and ingot casting to obtain dore gold bars. Tailings after leaching are discharged after corresponding harmless treatment.
