1. Product Description
This small‑capacity gold CIL pilot test plant is a miniaturized carbon‑in‑leach test unit dedicated for ore dressing parameter confirmation. It simulates the real industrial CIL metallurgical flow, completing crushing, grinding, slurry conditioning, multi‑stage leaching‑adsorption, elution, electrowinning and gold mud collection. It is widely used for ore property analysis, leaching condition verification, gold recovery rate testing and reagent consumption evaluation before formal mine investment. Compact in footprint and flexible in operation, this pilot plant obtains reliable test data to support process design and equipment model selection for full‑scale gold CIL beneficiation plant.
2. Working Principle
Representative gold ore samples are fed into the pilot plant and crushed and ground to target fineness. Prepared ore slurry enters small‑size series CIL leaching tanks. By adjusting leaching time, cyanide dosage, activated carbon quantity, stirring speed and other variables, multiple groups of comparative tests are carried out. Dissolved gold is adsorbed by activated carbon, and loaded carbon is sent to mini elution‑electrowinning subsystem to produce gold mud. Operators record complete test indexes including gold leaching rate, adsorption efficiency, reagent consumption and slurry solid content. The optimized dressing parameters concluded from pilot test provide authentic technical basis for large‑scale gold mineral processing project construction.
