1. Product Description
This mid‑size 150TPD gold CIL processing plant is a complete medium‑scale carbon‑in‑leach beneficiation solution designed for medium‑scale mining projects. The full‑set plant covers feeding, crushing, grinding, slurry thickening, multi‑stage anti‑corrosion leaching‑adsorption, elution‑desorption, electrowinning, smelting section, PLC automatic control system and supporting auxiliary facilities. Balancing investment cost, processing capacity and metallurgical performance, it is widely applicable for oxide gold ore, mixed ore and partial refractory gold ore. The 150TPD CIL plant can be customized according to ore test reports, site infrastructure and local environmental requirements, delivering stable gold recovery for medium‑size gold mining operations.
2. Working Principle
Raw gold ore is fed into the crushing and grinding circuit to reach qualified fineness for gold grain liberation. Ground dilute ore slurry flows into thickener for concentration adjustment to obtain proper underflow density for cyanide leaching. Concentrated slurry is pumped into series multi‑stage CIL anti‑corrosion leaching tanks. Gold is dissolved by cyanide reagent and continuously adsorbed by activated carbon through counter‑current carbon circulation. High‑grade loaded carbon is transferred to elution‑desorption unit to produce gold‑rich solution. Gold‑rich solution enters electrowinning equipment to precipitate gold mud, and gold mud is sent to smelting section for melting and casting to produce alloy gold dore bars. Tailing slurry is discharged after corresponding harmless treatment. The whole 150TPD production line runs under centralized PLC monitoring to keep stable processing throughput and beneficiation indexes.
