1. Product Description
This gold CIL plant is engineered for comprehensive processing of alluvial gold mine and hard‑rock mixed ore. It adopts a combined process flow suitable for mixed feed containing placer gravel, weathered ore and primary hard rock materials. The plant integrates raw ore pre‑screening, crushing‑grinding, gravity pre‑concentration, multi‑stage CIL leaching‑adsorption, elution‑desorption, electrowinning and smelting sections. It handles variable feed characteristics, separates coarse free gold from alluvial fraction, and recovers fine disseminated gold from hard‑rock components. Customizable according to mixed ore proportion, particle‑size distribution and mineral test results, it achieves high total gold recovery for complex mixed gold deposits.
2. Working Principle
Mixed raw ore consisting of alluvial placer material and hard rock enters pre‑screening unit to remove large‑size gravel. Hard‑rock fractions go through crushing and fine grinding to liberate locked gold grains. Ground slurry flows into gravity pre‑concentration module to recover coarse free gold mainly from alluvial components. Gravity tailings containing fine‑grained gold from both placer and hard‑rock parts are pumped into multi‑stage CIL leaching tanks. Gold is dissolved by cyanide reagent and adsorbed by activated carbon. Loaded carbon is delivered to elution‑desorption system to produce gold‑rich solution, which passes through electrowinning device to generate gold mud. Gold mud is further smelted to obtain alloy gold dore bars. The whole process adapts to fluctuating feed composition, realizing joint recovery of placer‑origin gold and hard‑rock‑origin gold.
