1. Product Description
The Industrial Rotary Dryer for Organic Fertilizer Production Line is professional drying equipment specially developed for moisture reduction of organic raw materials in organic fertilizer production. It is widely applicable to chicken manure, cow manure, pig manure, sludge, straw, mushroom residue and other organic raw materials. These materials usually have high moisture content, are easy to agglomerate and have certain viscosity. This rotary dryer is equipped with optimized lifting plates, stable heat supply system and intelligent monitoring module. It can continuously and steadily dehydrate organic materials to reach the required moisture standard for fertilizer granulation. It is essential supporting equipment for organic fertilizer production lines.
2. Working Principle
This rotary dryer adopts countercurrent circulating heat exchange and continuous dehydration principle. Wet organic raw materials are quantitatively and continuously fed into the rotary drum through the feeding system. The specially designed material lifting plates repeatedly lift, tumble and scatter organic materials to form a uniform material curtain inside the cylinder, so that the materials can fully exchange heat with hot air. Hot air flows opposite to the material movement direction and evaporates surface and internal moisture of organic materials. The PLC intelligent system monitors drum temperature, air volume and outlet material moisture in real time, and automatically adjusts feeding speed and heat supply to keep stable drying indicators for fertilizer production. Exhaust gas and fine organic dust are collected and purified by the matched dust removal and deodorization system to meet environmental emission standards. Dried organic materials are continuously discharged for subsequent crushing, granulation and other fertilizer processing procedures.
