1. Product Description
The High Capacity Rotary Dryer for Manganese Ore Processing is high-throughput drying equipment developed for continuous dewatering of wet manganese ore in manganese mineral processing and ferromanganese alloy production lines. Wet manganese ore has uneven particle size, certain moisture content and moderate abrasiveness. This dryer adopts enlarged thickened wear-resistant drum body, heavy-duty transmission assembly, specially designed grading lifting plates, stable heat supply unit and intelligent control system. It can continuously process large quantities of wet manganese ore, stably control the finished moisture to meet the requirements of ore beneficiation, sintering and ferroalloy smelting, and support 24-hour full-load continuous operation. It is the preferred drying equipment for large-scale manganese ore processing plants.
2. Working Principle
This high capacity rotary dryer for manganese ore processing adopts countercurrent circulating heat exchange and continuous large-volume dehydration principle. Wet manganese ore is quantitatively and continuously fed into the rotary drum by the feeding system. Specially designed grading lifting plates repeatedly lift, tumble and disperse manganese ore particles to form an even material curtain inside the cylinder, enabling sufficient heat contact between manganese ore and hot air. Hot air flows counter to the material movement direction and evaporates surface and internal moisture of wet manganese ore. The PLC intelligent system monitors drum temperature, air volume and outlet material moisture in real time, and automatically adjusts feeding rate and heat supply to maintain stable drying indicators. Exhaust gas and fine manganese dust are captured and purified by the matched dust removal system to comply with environmental emission standards. Qualified dried manganese ore is continuously conveyed to subsequent crushing, screening, beneficiation and smelting procedures.
