1. Product Description

The Industrial Rotary Dryer for Fly Ash Processing Plant is professional drying equipment designed for moisture reduction of wet fly ash from thermal power plants and fly ash comprehensive utilization projects. Wet fly ash features fine particle size, high moisture, easy agglomeration and slight abrasiveness. This rotary dryer adopts wear-resistant thickened drum, reinforced heavy-duty transmission parts, specially designed lifting plates, stable heat supply system and intelligent monitoring module. It can continuously and steadily dehydrate wet fly ash to meet the moisture requirement for building material admixture, concrete additive and other deep processing. It is essential supporting equipment for fly ash processing plants.

2. Working Principle

This rotary dryer for fly ash processing adopts countercurrent circulating heat exchange and continuous dehydration principle. Wet fly ash is quantitatively and continuously fed into the rotary drum through the feeding system. The special lifting plates repeatedly lift, tumble and disperse fine ash materials to form a uniform material curtain inside the cylinder, enabling sufficient heat exchange between fly ash and hot air. Hot air flows opposite to the material movement direction and evaporates surface and internal moisture of wet fly ash. The PLC intelligent system monitors drum temperature, air volume and outlet material moisture in real time, and automatically adjusts feeding speed and heat supply to keep stable drying indicators. Exhaust gas and fine ash dust are collected and purified by the matched dust removal system to meet environmental emission standards. Dried fly ash is continuously discharged for subsequent sorting, grinding and deep utilization as building materials.
