1. Product Description
The Complete Concentrate Drying System for Mineral Processing Plant is an integrated turnkey drying solution specially designed for various mineral concentrate dewatering in mineral processing plants, including iron, copper, gold, lead-zinc and precious metal concentrates. Wet mineral concentrates are fine-grained, slightly viscous and abrasive. Unstable moisture will adversely affect subsequent smelting, roasting, pelletizing and leaching processes. The whole system consists of feeding equipment, heavy-duty rotary dryer, heat supply unit, sealed dust collection and waste gas purification system, PLC automatic control cabinet and finished material conveying device. It realizes fully automatic continuous production from wet concentrate feeding, thermal drying, dust purification to dry concentrate discharging, featuring stable moisture output, high operation safety and centralized intelligent management. It is the ideal solution for new concentrate processing lines and technical renovation of existing mineral plants.
2. Working Principle
This complete concentrate drying system adopts gradient countercurrent circulating heat exchange and centralized intelligent control principle. Wet mineral concentrate is quantitatively and continuously transported into the rotary dryer by feeding equipment. Inside the drum, wear-resistant anti-caking lifting plates repeatedly lift and scatter fine concentrate materials to break agglomerates and form a uniform material curtain, so that concentrate particles can fully contact with hot air generated by the heat supply unit. Hot air flows countercurrently inside the drum for progressive heat exchange to evaporate moisture from the concentrate. Multiple sensors collect real-time data of material moisture, drum temperature and exhaust parameters and transmit signals to the central PLC control cabinet, which automatically adjusts feeding rate, heat output and air volume. Waste gas and fine mineral dust are purified by the sealed dust removal system to meet environmental emission standards. Qualified dried concentrate is continuously conveyed to the finished product area to complete the whole drying workflow.
