Multi‑cartridge self‑cleaning filter is vertical intensive filtration equipment. Multiple wedge‑wire filter elements are installed inside housing. Liquid flows from inner to outer of elements, solid impurities are trapped inside. When differential‑pressure reaches set value, electric‑driven backwash arm aligns each cartridge for pulse back‑discharge. Other cartridges keep working during cleaning, system runs continuously.

Multi‑cartridge self‑cleaning filter is intensive large‑flow automatic filtration equipment, adopting multi‑parallel wedge‑wire filter elements inside one housing. Compared with single‑screen self‑cleaning filter, it obtains much larger filtration area within limited space, suitable for high‑flow industrial water treatment.

Raw water flows into filter housing, solid particles, sediment, fiber and colloids are trapped on inner surface of wedge‑wire elements. When inlet‑outlet differential‑pressure rises to preset threshold or cleaning time arrives, motor‑driven rotary backwash arm aligns each filter cartridge one by one. Pulse back‑flush removes contaminants and discharges through drain valve. Other filter elements keep normal filtration during whole cleaning cycle, no system shutdown required.

Housing material options include carbon steel with anti‑corrosion coating, 304 or 316L stainless steel. Flange connection PN1.0‑1.6MPa, working temperature ≤95℃, filtration precision 50‑5000μm customizable. Three control modes: differential‑pressure trigger, time‑cycle trigger and manual operation. Wedge‑wire elements own high mechanical strength, anti‑abrasion, long service life, no frequent replacement.

Manufactured according to GB/T26114‑2010 standard. Widely applied for circulating cooling water in power plant, steel plant, chemical plant, municipal water project, farm irrigation and RO pre‑treatment system. Every unit passes pressure test before delivery, DN80‑DN1000 multiple sizes available.
