Y‑type manual brush strainer is inline pipeline protection filter widely applied in industrial fluid system. Different from ordinary Y‑strainer, it adopts built‑in manual brush assembly. When screen accumulates dirt, operator only needs to open drain valve and rotate external hand‑wheel. Internal brush scrubs dirt off screen inner surface, contaminants are discharged through drain outlet. The whole cleaning process keeps pipeline running, no shutdown, no housing disassembly required, greatly reduce maintenance labor cost.
Housing material can be carbon steel with anti‑corrosion coating, 304 or 316L stainless steel. Wedge‑wire screen owns high mechanical strength and anti‑abrasion performance. Flange connection PN1.0‑4.0MPa, working temperature ≤200℃, filtration precision 10‑300mesh optional. Low pressure loss, no bypass pipeline needed, easy inline installation.
Manufactured according to HG/T21637 and GB/T26114‑2010 standards. It effectively intercept sediment, welding slag and rust particles, protect pumps, valves and instruments. Widely used for circulating cooling water, heating thermal system, power plant, chemical plant and farm irrigation pipeline. Every unit passes pressure‑test before delivery, DN25‑DN600 multiple sizes available.
