Basket‑type manual brush strainer is inline pipeline protection filter with large‑capacity filter basket. Different from ordinary basket strainer, it is equipped with built‑in manual brush assembly. When impurities accumulate on basket inner surface, operator opens drain valve and rotates external hand‑wheel. Internal brush scrubs dirt off basket wall, contaminants are discharged through drain outlet. The whole cleaning process keeps pipeline running, no shutdown, no cover opening or basket removal required, greatly reduce maintenance workload.
Housing material includes anti‑corrosion carbon steel, 304 or 316L stainless steel. Wedge‑wire basket features large dirt‑holding capacity and good anti‑abrasion performance. Flange connection PN1.0‑4.0MPa, working temperature ≤200℃, filtration precision 10‑400mesh optional. Equipped with pressure gauge for blocking condition monitoring. Low pressure loss, direct inline installation.
Manufactured according to HG/T21637, SH/T3411‑1999 and GB/T26114‑2010 standards. It intercepts sediment, welding slag, rust and fiber particles to protect pumps, valves and instruments. Widely applied for circulating cooling water, heating thermal system, power plant, chemical plant and farm irrigation pipeline. Every unit passes pressure‑test before delivery, DN25‑DN600 multiple sizes available.
