Angle‑type self‑cleaning filter adopts special 90‑degree angle inlet‑outlet structure, which can be directly installed at pipeline corner without additional elbow, greatly save site installation space, especially for compact equipment layout projects.
Raw water flows into filter tank, solid particles, sediment, fibers and suspended impurities are trapped on inner surface of wedge‑wire screen. When inlet‑outlet differential‑pressure rises to set threshold or reaches cleaning timing, motor‑driven brush assembly rotates to scrub contaminants off screen, drain valve opens to discharge dirt. The whole cleaning‑drain cycle runs online, no system shutdown, no disassembly required, realize continuous pipeline filtration.
Housing can be anti‑corrosion carbon steel, 304 or 316L stainless steel for different working conditions. Flange connection PN1.0‑1.6MPa, working temperature ≤95℃, filtration precision 50‑3000μm customizable. Control options include differential‑pressure trigger, time‑cycle trigger, manual and PLC control system. Wedge‑wire screen features high mechanical strength and anti‑abrasion performance for long service life.
Manufactured according to GB/T26114‑2010 and HG/T21637 standards. It effectively protects heat exchangers, pumps, valves and instruments from particle damage. Widely applied in power‑plant circulating cooling water, chemical plant, metallurgy, heating‑exchange system, steel mill and municipal water‑treatment. Every unit passes pressure‑test before delivery, DN50‑DN800 multiple sizes available.
