Eppensteiner is a well‑known German filter brand founded in Mannheim, supplying filtration‑solutions for hydraulic‑systems, lubrication‑equipment and industrial‑fluid worldwide.Our replicated cartridges strictly reproduce original‑product overall dimension, pleat quantity, imported gradient glass‑fiber filter‑media and end‑cap structure. Major available part‑numbers cover the complete 2.0063 series,1.0040‑series,1.0063‑series,1.0013‑series and 1.10‑series to satisfy different‑precision demands.The multi‑layer progressive glass‑fiber material performs deep‑layer filtration. While contaminated hydraulic‑oil flows outward‑inward through the pleated medium, tiny metal wear‑particles, sticky oil‑sludge and rubber‑seal debris get trapped layer‑by‑layer. The big pleated‑expansion area brings outstanding dirt‑holding‑capacity and slows the growth of inlet‑outlet differential‑pressure, lengthening the filter‑element service‑cycle.Every cartridge adopts precision‑CNC aluminum‑alloy end‑caps and double‑layer stainless‑steel supporting mesh. The sturdy internal skeleton resists repeated high‑pressure oil‑flow impact and hydraulic‑pulse shock, effectively preventing filter‑media delamination, fiber‑fall‑off and unfiltered‑oil bypass‑leakage. Two types of sealing‑gaskets are supplied. Standard NBR nitrile‑rubber suits common mineral‑based hydraulic‑oil. High‑temperature‑resistant FKM fluororubber adapts to synthetic‑oil, phosphate‑ester fire‑resistant hydraulic‑fluid and water‑glycol medium.This EPE replacement filter‑element serves numerous heavy‑duty‑industrial‑equipment, including metallurgical rolling‑machines, wind‑power hydraulic‑stations, plastic‑injection‑machines, die‑casting‑equipment and CNC machine‑tools. Clean‑oil‑filtration protects expensive servo‑valves, axial‑piston pumps and hydraulic cylinders, reducing system‑faults such as valve‑sticking, cylinder internal‑leakage and pump‑core abrasion.Each finished filter‑element undergoes bubble‑point‑inspection and differential‑pressure‑testing before shipment.
