Box‑type enclosed oil purifier is cabinet‑integrated mobile pressure‑driven oil purification equipment. Traditional open‑frame filter cart exposes pump, pipelines and filter housings. In dusty workshop environment, dust may enter oil circuit, oil mist splashes out and pollutes ground. This box‑type purifier solves above‑mentioned pain points with fully enclosed cabinet structure.
Polluted oil is sucked and delivered by low‑noise gear pump. Pre‑filter installed on suction side traps large‑size impurities and protects gear pump from damage. Oil flows through multi‑stage gradient filter cartridges, capturing metal wear debris, carbon residue and oil‑sludge contaminants step‑by‑step. Optional coalescing‑dehydration module can remove free water inside oil simultaneously. Treated oil cleanliness reaches NAS6‑9 grade.
Differential‑pressure gauge is mounted on control panel inside cabinet. Operators can judge cartridge clogging condition via pressure‑difference variation. Overflow relief valve prevents pipeline over‑pressure. Thermal relay protects motor against overload burnout. Cabinet swing‑door allows quick access for cartridge inspection and replacement without dismounting whole pipelines. Universal brake casters enable flexible movement between oil tank, hydraulic station and working area.
Standard cabinet is thickened carbon‑steel with anti‑corrosion spray coating. 304 stainless‑steel housing and full explosion‑proof electrical components are available for chemical, petrochemical and other hazardous working‑conditions. It supports three working modes: oil filling refilling, oil‑drum circulating filtration and system bypass continuous on‑line purification.
It is widely applied in power‑plant turbine‑oil station, metallurgical rolling‑mill hydraulic system, injection‑molding workshop, wind‑power gear‑box maintenance and mining‑equipment lubrication system. Every unit will pass pressure tightness test before shipment. Custom flow‑rate, filtration accuracy and optional modules are supported.
