MGLS series vacuum gas‑liquid separator is pre‑treatment equipment specially supporting liquid‑ring vacuum pumps, widely applied for paper‑machine wet‑part vacuum dehydration system.

Wet gas mixed with water droplets and pulp residue flows into separator via tangential inlet. Spiral guide plate forces airflow rotating at high‑speed, liquid and solid impurities are thrown onto inner tank wall under centrifugal force, then flow down to bottom liquid‑collecting zone. Dry gas is sucked away by vacuum pump, and accumulated liquid is discharged by FPB filtrate pump for recycling.

This vacuum‑oriented cyclone separator has no replaceable filter elements for long‑term maintenance‑free running. It effectively prevents liquid, pulp and contaminants from entering vacuum pump cavity, solving pump cavitation, corrosion and vacuum‑oil emulsification problems, greatly reducing pump energy consumption and extending service life.

Tank body adopts Q235‑B carbon‑steel with anti‑rust spray‑coating. 304 or 316L stainless‑steel version is available for corrosive medium. Flange connection meets on‑site pipeline installation requirement. Low‑resistance internal structure will not damage system vacuum degree.

Except for paper‑making industry, MGLS separator is also fit for chemical vacuum distillation, pharmaceutical vacuum drying, negative‑pressure tail‑gas recovery and other vacuum‑process pipelines. Custom‑made flow capacity, caliber and pressure grade are supported according to site working‑condition. Every unit will pass tightness inspection before delivery.
