Our HY‑PRO interchangeable hydraulic filter element is drop‑in replacement for original American HY‑PRO filter cartridges. HY‑PRO was founded in Fishers, Indiana, USA, manufacturing high‑performance filter components for hydraulic and lubrication systems.
Our reproduced filter strictly copies original dimension, pleat count and media property. It comes with an external lifting handle for convenient pulling‑out during element replacement. Gradient multi‑layer glass‑fiber medium achieves deep‑layer filtration, intercepting fine metal wear particles, sticky oil sludge and rubber seal debris. The perforated stainless‑steel outer shell and double‑layer inner support mesh protect filter media against high‑speed oil‑flow and cyclic hydraulic pulse, avoiding delamination and fiber shedding.
Oil‑resistant plastic end‑cap together with NBR or FKM sealing gasket provides reliable sealing performance. Large dirt‑holding capacity slows differential‑pressure increasing and extends service cycle. It is widely installed in return‑line and bypass filter housings of wind‑turbine units, metallurgical equipment, injection‑molding machines and construction‑machinery. Purified oil protects servo‑valves and piston pumps and cuts down hydraulic‑system breakdowns.
We supply nearly all HP series part‑numbers such as HP03DNL412MV, HP06DNL412MSB, HP16DNL1412MSB, HP33DNL1412MSB. Custom‑made non‑standard filter elements are acceptable. Every filter will pass bubble‑point test and differential‑pressure inspection before delivery.
