Product Spotlights

Fan‑duct gas‑liquid separator is mainly installed on inlet pipeline of induced draft fan, blower and exhaust fan. Wet flue‑gas or mist‑laden air passes through gravity settling, multi‑baffle impaction and vane mist eliminator. Mist and droplets coalesce and settle into bottom sump for draining, dry gas flows into fan.Low pressure drop without interfering fan air volume & pressure. Reduce fan vibration and impeller corrosion, cut maintenance frequency and extend service life.

This horizontal multi‑stage gas‑liquid separator is specially applied for fan inlet duct. It removes liquid mist and droplets from flue gas or exhaust air before medium enters fan impeller. Three‑stage internals including gravity settling chamber, multi‑deflector baffles and vane mist eliminator realize high‑efficiency moisture removal. Without filter cartridge, it runs with low maintenance. Low pressure drop will not affect fan air volume. It protects fan against corrosion, sludge accumulation and unbalance fault. Carbon‑steel or stainless‑steel housing options for different corrosive exhaust gas. Custom size according to fan pipe diameter.

The horizontal multi‑stage gas‑liquid separator for fan duct is a heavy‑duty mist elimination and gas‑liquid separation unit specially developed for industrial fan pipeline systems. It is commonly installed at the inlet of induced draft fans, blowers and exhaust fans. This unit adopts three‑stage composite separation: gravity expansion settling, multi‑deflector baffle inertial collision and vane coalescing mist removal. It solves typical faults including fan impeller water erosion, sludge scaling, corrosion, abnormal vibration and dynamic‑balance offset caused by water mist, condensate droplets and fine impurities inside flue gas and exhaust air. It serves as essential pre‑protection equipment for reliable long‑run operation of fan systems.

Working under atmospheric pressure or slight negative‑pressure fan pipelines, wet gas carrying suspended mist, liquid droplets and fine sludge enters the horizontal tank through flange inlet. The horizontal shell enlarges flow space and cuts airflow velocity instantly. Large droplets and heavy particles drop into the bottom sump under gravity to finish first‑stage coarse separation. Then airflow passes multiple sets of multi‑deflector baffles. Repeated flow turning forces medium‑sized droplets to hit baffle surfaces, merge into water films and slide down to liquid collection area, completing second‑stage inertial separation.

For micron‑level fine mist which cannot be captured by gravity and baffles, built‑in vane coalescing mist eliminator carries out deep third‑stage purification. Curved vanes continuously change airflow route, gather tiny mist particles into large droplets and separate them from gas stream. After three‑level progressive treatment, dry clean gas flows out toward fan impeller through outlet flange. Captured condensate and sludge accumulate in bottom sump. Users can equip level gauge, manual drain valve or automatic drain valve according to site requirements to realize continuous drainage for non‑stop operation.

The separator adopts full‑welded integrated construction. There are no rotating moving parts and no consumable filter cartridges. Different from filter‑style separators, it avoids element blockage, frequent replacement, high running cost and rising flow resistance. Optimized internal flow channel delivers ultra‑low pressure drop, bringing nearly no air‑volume loss, wind‑pressure decay or extra fan load, which fits various fan pipeline operating demands perfectly.

Standard body material is thickened Q235‑B carbon‑steel with high‑temperature anti‑corrosion spray coating both inside and outside against moisture oxidation and flue‑gas erosion. For corrosive media such as desulfurized flue gas, chemical waste gas and biogas, 304 or 316L stainless‑steel customized versions are available for superior acid‑alkali resistance and longer service life.

Horizontal low‑profile design suits fan‑houses, pipe galleries and workshops with limited vertical space, breaking installation restrictions of traditional vertical separators. Standard flange connection matches most common fan duct sizes, making field installation, pipeline retrofitting and later maintenance simple and convenient. Comprehensive separation efficiency reaches 98%‑99.5%. It removes condensate, floating mist, sludge and fine particles efficiently, reducing impeller corrosion, mud scaling, vibration and noise, lowering maintenance frequency and replacement cost, and extending service life of fans and supporting pipelines.

Widely applied in thermal‑power flue‑gas exhaust, chemical waste‑gas treatment, pharmaceutical drying exhaust, biogas ventilation, metallurgical dust‑removal fan systems and environmental‑protection ventilation projects. Every finished unit passes pressure‑resistance test, tightness inspection and water‑simulation test before shipment to guarantee stable performance under long‑term negative‑pressure and variable‑flow conditions. Custom caliber, flow capacity, pressure rating and anti‑corrosion grade are supported to satisfy personalized gas‑liquid purification and fan‑protection requirements for different production lines.
