ndustrial gas precision filter is high‑efficiency cartridge‑type purification equipment for process gas pipeline. In industrial production, compressed air, nitrogen and other inert gas often carry solid dust, water mist and oil aerosol generated by compressor or pipeline transportation. These contaminants will scratch precision pneumatic components, block instrument orifice, pollute product quality and cause unplanned shutdown. This precision gas filter effectively solves above‑mentioned contamination problems.
Polluted gas flows into filter housing from bottom inlet. Pre‑filtration layer captures large‑size solid particles firstly. Then gas passes through high‑precision filter cartridges. Sub‑micron dust, oil mist and fine water aerosol are intercepted and adsorbed by filter media. Purified clean gas flows out from upper outlet for subsequent production. Condensed liquid accumulates at housing bottom and can be drained periodically by drain valve.
Differential‑pressure gauge port is reserved on housing. Users can observe pressure difference change to judge cartridge pollution degree and arrange replacement in advance. Quick‑open top cover allows fast access for cartridge inspection and replacement without complex tools. Multiple filter media selections are available: glass fiber for general oil‑mist removal, polypropylene for particle filtration, PTFE for corrosive gas medium.
Housing material can be Q235‑B carbon‑steel with anti‑corrosion spray coating, or 304 / 316L stainless‑steel for sanitary and corrosive working‑condition. Flange connection guarantees stable performance under 0.6‑1.6 MPa working pressure. Optimized internal flow‑path reduces gas pressure drop and saves energy consumption for front‑end gas source equipment.
It is widely installed behind air compressor, refrigerated dryer and adsorption dryer for instrument air, lithium‑battery production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing, spraying workshop, chemical inert‑gas protection system. Customized flow capacity, connection size, pressure rating and filtration grade are supported. Every unit will pass pressure test before delivery.
