Fan‑duct filter is a gas‑filtration device specially for air‑duct pipelines. It is installed at fan inlet or outlet pipeline to filter dust, fibrous debris, welding slag and solid particles. It protects fan impeller, seals and downstream pipelines from impeller abrasion and imbalance damage caused by foreign matters. The unit consists of housing, filter cartridge, access cover, flanged connections and differential‑pressure port. Gas flows through pipeline flange into equipment, solid contaminants are trapped by inner filter cartridge, and clean gas is delivered to downstream pipeline. Housing options include carbon steel, galvanized sheet, 304 / 316L stainless steel with flanged connection for round and rectangular ducts. Filter elements include pre‑filter, medium‑efficiency filter and stainless‑steel mesh with precision 5‑300 μm. Pressure‑gauge port monitors differential pressure to judge cartridge clogging for timely replacement. Nominal pressure range:‑0.1‑1.0 MPa, suitable for positive‑pressure air supply and negative‑pressure exhaust. Widely used in dust‑removal ventilation, mine pressurized air, chemical tail gas, boiler induced‑draft and waste‑gas treatment. Compact inline pipeline installation without extra base. Custom size, airflow rate and high‑temperature‑resistant filter material are available for special working conditions.
