Trapped air inside water‑circulating systems tends to corrode and damage core components including water pumps, boilers, heat exchangers and chillers. It cuts equipment operating efficiency and service life sharply. Air vents merely fitted at system high‑points cannot solve the problem fundamentally. Dissolved‑air will precipitate into new air‑bubbles under reduced pressure, especially upstream of pump inlets.

The spiral degassing filter operates through combined mechanisms of air‑water separation, sedimentation and screen‑based filtration. Once hot‑water, chilled‑water or cooling‑water enters the unit, expanded chamber volume sharply slows the flow velocity. Water‑borne bubbles rise toward the air‑collecting zone. Tiny micro‑bubbles adhere to separation plates, merge into large bubbles and get vented via the automatic air‑release valve.Circulating water carrying dirt flows through the filter while contaminants begin settling. Separation plates accelerate sediment accumulation inside the dirt‑storage chamber. The large‑capacity dirt‑holding compartment stores substantial sediment, and routine maintenance only requires periodic drain‑valve opening.Degassed water then flows through the filter cartridge to the pump inlet. Water‑flow impact and pump‑induced vibration trigger slight cartridge oscillation, shaking off stuck‑on sediments and realizing self‑cleaning performance.

One single unit can eliminate both air‑bubbles and solid contaminants from circulating‑water. The integrated purification permanently removes micro‑bubbles and fine sediments and keeps the whole water‑circuit free from air‑lock and particle abrasion. Different from conventional strainers and dirt separators, it requires minimal maintenance.Install the filter on the main pipeline at the system high‑temperature zone. For heating circuits, the optimal mounting spot lies at the heat‑source outlet. For cooling‑water systems, the high‑temperature section is the chiller return pipeline.
