The horizontal self‑cleaning filter serves as the pipeline filter for transporting process media. Automatic cleaning can be realized via differential‑pressure trigger, timing cycle, manual operation or PLC‑based electric control.Main components consist of filter housing, screen element, steel‑brush assembly, electric‑control cabinet and drain valve. Housing materials include 304 stainless‑steel and carbon‑steel. The maximum working medium temperature reaches 95℃, and operating pressure ranges from 0.1‑1.6 MPa.

Working principle: solid contaminants are trapped by the filter screen. Once the preset pressure‑difference value is hit or the timed‑cleaning signal is activated, the motor drives the rotary steel brush to scour screen deposits, while the sewage valve opens to discharge dirt. Pipeline flow stays continuous without interruption throughout the cleaning cycle.Filtration precision covers 20‑4000 μm, and the maximum single‑unit flow capacity hits 4000 m³/h. Multiple screen choices are available, such as wedge‑wire mesh and sintered composite mesh.Thanks to the modular structure, the filter can be mounted horizontally or vertically. Parallel installation of multiple units expands overall throughput.

Common‑use fields consist of industrial cooling‑water treatment, pre‑filtration for RO reverse‑osmosis systems, farmland irrigation and municipal reclaimed‑water recycling.
