This precision‑engineered equipment intercepts water‑borne impurities, removes suspended solids and particulate matter, cuts water turbidity and purifies water quality. It restrains scale buildup, algae breeding and pipeline corrosion, so as to guarantee stable operation of downstream system‑equipment.Water flows into the automatic‑filter housing from the inlet. Equipped with intelligent PLC and PAC controllers, the unit detects contaminant accumulation and sends signals to activate the automatic drain valve.

Conventional screen‑type filters are widely adopted for raw‑water treatment and industrial circulating‑water systems owing to reliable filtration performance and low flow resistance. Nevertheless, they suffer from limited dirt‑holding capacity, frequent clogging and troublesome maintenance. Screen cleaning requires equipment disassembly. Real‑time condition monitoring is unavailable and manual‑operation reliance leads to low‑level automation.

The automatic self‑cleaning filter performs raw‑water filtration and automatic screen flushing‑drainage, with uninterrupted water supply throughout the cleaning cycle. Compared with traditional filters, it features high‑grade automation, large throughput capacity, self‑driven flushing and broad‑range applicability.

Key assemblies consist of motor‑reducer, electric‑control cabinet, filter housing, screen assembly, 304 & 316L stainless‑steel cleaning brushes, electric drain valve, drive shaft, differential‑pressure transmitter and inlet‑outlet flanges.The automatic filter accomplishes filtering and self‑drainage with no extra external power. Liquid flow remains continuous during backwashing. Users can adjust the flushing cycle; default cleaning duration lasts 10‑60 seconds. Flushing water consumption merely accounts for 0.001%‑0.002% of total treated water.Filtration precision ranges 50‑3000 μm, working‑pressure 0.1‑2.5 MPa, and single‑unit flow capacity 45‑2800 m³/h.
