1. Product Introduction

The AN-FB-200 Microcomputer-controlled Electronic Servo Fatigue Testing Machine is widely used for static load and static load mechanical performance testing of metals, non-metallic materials, composite materials, and mechanical parts. It can perform tests such as tensile, compression, bending fatigue, fracture mechanics physical and simulation tests. The product is designed with advanced technology and is suitable for fatigue performance testing in the field of small load testing.

2. Solution Description

2.1 Main Machine: The main machine is mainly composed of four parts: the frame, the mechanical loading mechanism, the transmission mechanism, and the fixture. The frame consists of columns, a workbench, a vibration exciter table, an upper crossbeam, a screw lifting mechanism, a base, etc. The columns, workbench, vibration exciter table, upper crossbeam, and screw lifting mechanism are installed together and stably mounted on the base. The spring to be tested is installed between the vibration exciter table and the screw through the limit groove. By adjusting the lifting of the screw, the requirements of test pieces of different sizes can be met. By replacing the fixture, the requirements of test pieces with different installation methods can be met.

2.2 Loading Mechanism: It is a mechanical structure, mainly composed of a crank-link mechanism, which converts the rotary motion of the motor into a linear reciprocating motion in the vertical direction. By adjusting the eccentricity of the slider, the distance of the linear reciprocating motion can be adjusted to meet the test stroke requirements of the test piece.

2.3 Transmission System: The transmission mechanism is composed of a three-phase asynchronous variable-frequency motor and a flywheel. By adjusting the motor speed, the test frequency can be arbitrarily adjusted within the range of 0.5 - 5Hz.

2.4 Control System: The computer measurement and control system is independently developed and produced by Shanghai Anchang Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. It has a memory function, that is, historical test data can be retrieved at any time. The measurement and control system is the core of the test device. On the one hand, it collects the test force signals of each spring during the test process through the computer and displays the test force in real-time, showing various state parameters such as test frequency, current test times, load-time curve of each station, test force attenuation, etc. On the other hand, it also needs to set control parameters according to control requirements, such as setting the number of test times for automatic shutdown, setting the test force for automatic shutdown according to stress decrease, etc. It sends control signals to the high-voltage control box, and the high-voltage controller controls the main motor and the adjustment mechanism of the upper and lower test spaces. It protects the space adjustment function during the test to prevent incorrect actions during the test and protect the safety of operators and equipment.

2.5 Introduction to Software Functions

2.5.1 The number of test times can be set. The capacity of the number of times is 1 billion times.

2.5.2 When the number of test times reaches the set value, the testing machine is controlled to stop the test.

2.5.3 The test software system displays the test frequency and the number of test times through the computer and judges whether to stop the test due to fracture.

2.5.4 It has the function of automatic shutdown when any station fractures and the function of stopping the test when the test force attenuates to the specified load.

2.5.5 It has the function of real-time display of the test force-time curve of a single test piece and records the load attenuation data according to the sampling period set in the test plan.
