Dynamic and Static Fatigue Testing Machine

I. Applications

It is mainly used for static and dynamic mechanical performance testing of metal materials, non-metal materials, composite materials, and mechanical parts; conducting tensile, compression, fatigue, low-cycle fatigue, crack propagation, fracture mechanics physical and simulation tests, etc.

It consists of an electrical controller, servo valve, load sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer, and computer to form a closed-loop servo control system, which can automatically and accurately control the test process and automatically measure test parameters such as test force, displacement, deformation, torque, and angle.

The testing machine can generate waveforms such as sine wave, triangular wave, square wave, sawtooth wave, reverse sawtooth wave, and pulse wave, and can conduct mechanical tests such as tensile, compression, bending, low-cycle and high-cycle fatigue. It can also be equipped with an environmental test device to complete environmental simulation tests at different temperatures.

The testing machine is flexible and convenient to operate. The lifting, locking of the moving crossbeam and specimen clamping are all completed by button operations. It uses advanced hydraulic servo drive technology for loading, and high-precision dynamic load sensors and high-resolution magnetostrictive displacement sensors to measure the force value and displacement of the specimen. The fully digital measurement and control system realizes PID control of force, deformation, and displacement, and smooth conversion between different controls. The test software works in the Chinese environment of WINDOWS XP/Win7, with powerful data processing functions. Test conditions and results are automatically saved, displayed, and printed. The entire test process is controlled by the computer. The testing machine is an ideal high-cost-performance test system for scientific research institutions, metallurgical construction, national defense and military industry, colleges and universities, machinery manufacturing, transportation and other industries.
