■LA Series Microcomputer-controlled Electro-hydraulic Servo Steel Strand Testing Machine

The microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo steel strand testing machine features an upper-cylinder and four-column dual-space structure for the main unit.

The testing machine is mainly used for the tensile performance test of steel strands, measuring mechanical performance parameters such as Rm and Rp. After replacing the jaws, it can also conduct conventional tensile and compression performance tests on metal bars or plates.

■Features

◎A spherical support centering device is installed on the cylinder piston to automatically adjust the coaxiality of the upper and lower chucks;

◎The oil source uses a differential pressure servo system, with low power consumption and low oil temperature rise;

◎The oil pump has low noise, stable performance, and a long service life;

◎An independent hydraulic chuck oil source makes it convenient to clamp the specimen;

◎The proportional servo valve has a fast action response and low requirements for oil cleanliness;

◎The manual valve is retained, making force calibration convenient and having the functions of a screen display machine;

◎It has high resolution, which remains unchanged throughout the entire range, and there is no internal or external range division;

◎It has functions such as automatic zeroing, automatic calibration, automatic diagnosis, and automatic storage;

◎It realizes automatic control of constant test force, constant deformation, constant displacement, uniform stress rate, and uniform strain rate, and can switch without impact during the test;

◎It works under the Chinese WINDOWS2000/xp operating system.

◎It has protection functions such as overcurrent, filtration, over-test force, and over-travel.
