The CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) automatic cleaning machine is suitable for the on-site cleaning of material pipeline equipment in dairy plants, breweries, beverage plants, and general food processing plants. (Food processing machinery manufacturers Tel: 150*0646-5106) Main materials: SUS304 and/or 316L. This equipment consists of an alkali tank, an acid tank, a hot water tank, various pipes, pneumatic valves, pressure transmitters, electrical conductivity meters, platinum thermistors, and control systems. It utilizes centrifugal pumps to transport cleaning solutions for forced circulation within the material pipeline and equipment, thereby achieving the goal of cleaning. Consequently, there is no need to disassemble the pipeline and equipment, which can increase equipment utilization and reduce labor intensity for workers. The specific use of the CIP automatic cleaning machine must be integrated with the equipment and pipeline layout in the worker’s workshop, as well as the cleaning heads.
Characteristics of the CIP Automatic Cleaning Machine:

The CIP in-line cleaning system has low operational costs, is compact in design, requires minimal space, is easy to install and maintain, and can effectively clean production equipment such as tanks, containers, and pipes on-site. The entire cleaning process takes place within enclosed production equipment, tanks, containers, and pipes, thereby significantly reducing the chances of secondary pollution.
2. The CIP in-line cleaning system can be divided into one to four channels, depending on production requirements. Particularly for two channels or more, it allows for simultaneous cleaning of one or more areas, as well as simultaneous production and cleaning during the manufacturing process. This significantly reduces the time required for CIP cleaning during production.
3. The extracorporeal circulation system effectively reduces energy consumption.
4. The recirculation system helps significantly reduce the amount of CIP water used.
5. The CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) fully automatic cleaning machine used in juice pre-processing equipment is reliable in operation, highly automated, easy to operate, and provides effective CIP cleaning. Therefore, it better meets the hygiene and production environment requirements of modern food processing techniques.
Structure.
1. Acid tanks: SUS304, capacities ranging from 500 to 3000 L, can be customized according to customer requirements.
2. Alkali tank: SUS304, capacity 500–3000L, etc. Can be customized according to customer requirements.
3. Water tanks: SUS304, capacities ranging from 500 to 3000 L, can be customized according to customer requirements.
4. Process pumps, return pumps, transfer boards, operating platforms, and pipe valves. CIP is widely used in beverage, dairy, juice, wine, and other food and beverage production facilities with high mechanization levels.
