The fully automatic CIP cleaning machine, a cleaning equipment for pasteurized milk production lines, is primarily designed for use on various dairy and beverage production lines.

Introduction to the Fully Automatic CIP Cleaning Machine:

1. Working Conditions: Power Supply: 100–240V, 50–60Hz; Operating Temperature: 4C to 35C; Relative Humidity: 20% to 95%, with no condensation; The working conditions and safety requirements comply with relevant Chinese and **standards or regulations.**

2. Purpose and functions of the equipment: Rapid purification of various biological molecules, such as proteins, polysaccharides, peptides, oligonucleotides, nucleotide vaccines, viruses, and small molecules (TCM), suitable for the separation and purification of active substances.

3. The system pump is an ultra-precise, fully automatic micro-piston pump with dual pumps and four heads. Each head has a separate air-removal valve: the improved air-removal valve knob makes it easier to eliminate air bubbles. The modified pump stroke design reduces the pump’s sensitivity to bubbles. There is a flush pathway after each pump, which flushes the piston rod of the pump, extending its lifespan (food processing machinery manufacturer Tel: 150*0646-5106).

4. System pump flow rate: 0.01-150 ml/min (single pump). The wide flow rate range allows for better precision under working flow conditions. It is compatible with columns with diameters ranging from 70 to 100 mm, meeting customers’ requirements for laboratory preparation and small-scale trial process exploration. 5. The system pump can operate in dual-pump mode, with a maximum flow rate of 300 ml/min. The transition from a low flow rate to 300 ml requires only simple software settings, without the need for pump head replacement or valve operation. It features constant pressure speed regulation: the flow output is automatically adjusted based on pressure, ensuring stable pressure levels. The system pump pressure, or the pressure difference between the column before and after the column, can be used to regulate the constant pressure speed, enabling both constant-pressure column setup and protection of the column during overnight operation.

6. System pump pressure range: 0–5 MPa (50 bar, 725 psi).

7. Accuracy of system pump flow rate: ±2%. Flow rate precision: RSD

8. Accuracy of system pump gradient: ±0.8% (conditions: 5–95% B, gradient flow rate range: 2–150 ml/min, pressure: 0.2–2 MPa, viscosity: 0.8–2 cP). For any purification process involving ion exchange, hydrophobic chromatography, affinity chromatography, gel filtration, and reverse-phase chromatography, only two buffers need to be prepared and placed at different inlet ports of pumps A and B. Simple settings of %B are sufficient for gradient elution.

Workflow of the fully automatic CIP cleaning machine:

1. Rinse with warm water for 10 minutes.

2.75°C alkaline washing solution (0.5% to 1.5%) for 30 minutes.

3. Rinse the alkaline detergent with warm water for about 5 minutes.

4. Circulate the 4.70℃ (nitric acid) acid solution (0.5–1.0%) for 20 minutes.

5. Rinse with cold water for about 8 minutes.
