The yogurt production line features numerous containers, such as high-shear mixing tanks, pasteurization tanks, yogurt fermentation tanks, and refrigeration tanks. These containers are all sealed, and the pipes are also sealed. To ensure that every corner and position inside the containers can be cleaned, it’s crucial that the operation is convenient and that manual washing and wiping are minimized. That’s where this set of CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) automatic cleaning equipment comes in – it’s incredibly useful.
The raw material is raw cow’s milk. Freshly collected milk needs to be stored at low temperatures, transported to the production workshop, and stored in a buffer tank before filtration at the first milk unloading tank. A dual-lens filter is selected as the accompanying equipment for this production line. It can quickly filter out hair and other impurities from the milk being delivered, and the mesh size of the filtration can be customized.
There is a spray ball at the top of the filling tank. The purpose of this spray ball is to clean out any residual dairy or beverage products inside the tank. When in use, simply connect treated water, which is usually purified water, and the spray ball, which is actuated by water pressure, will rotate automatically. Water is sprayed through the holes on the spray ball to achieve the purpose of cleaning. This type of spray ball, which does not require electric-powered automatic rotation, also utilizes food-grade 304 stainless steel material.

1) Use fresh whole milk as the raw material. The higher the fat content of the milk, the better. Filter the fresh whole milk through a filter to remove impurities.
2) Pour the filtered milk into a pot and heat it while continuously stirring it to prevent it from burning and to create foam.
3) Once a significant amount of air bubbles forms on the surface of the emulsion, cease stirring and maintain it at a low simmer to prevent boiling. During this period of heating, the water content on the surface of the emulsion gradually evaporates and forms a skin layer. Over time, this skin layer thickens.
4) After allowing the milk to retain its warmth for a certain period, cease the heating process and let it cool naturally at room temperature. At this stage, the fat continues to rise to the surface but at a relatively slower rate. As a result, a thick, hard layer of skin forms on the surface of the milk, known as cream.
5) Once the milk curds have cooled and formed, they are removed from the pot using a milk curd shaping device, and allowed to dry naturally to become the finished product.
