The PLC-controlled fully automatic CIP (Cleaning In Place) cleaning system is an ideal method for equipment and pipe cleaning. III. Structure of the Fully Automatic CIP Cleaning System
The fully automatic CIP cleaning system consists of acid tanks, alkali tanks, hot water tanks, pure water tanks, concentrated acid and alkali tanks, heat exchangers, various pipes and pneumatic valves, pressure transmitters, electrical conductivity meters, platinum thermistors, and control systems.
IV. Characteristics of the fully automatic CIP cleaning system
1) Ensure a certain level of cleaning effectiveness to enhance product safety.
2) Save operating time and improve efficiency; save labor and ensure operational safety; conserve water, steam, and other energy resources, and reduce the amount of detergents used; production equipment can be made larger and more automated.

V. Technical Data of the Fully Automated CIP Cleaning System
The cleaning tanks are designed as either integrated or separate structures, depending on the volume of cleaning and the specific requirements of the process.
1. Integrated design: The system primarily consists of acid tank, alkali tank, pure water tank, frame, cleaning fluid delivery and distribution device, and centrifugal pump.
2. Modular design: The system primarily consists of acid tank, alkali tank, hot water tank, pure water tank, concentrated acid tank, concentrated alkali tank, plate-and-fin heat exchanger, cleaning fluid delivery and distribution unit, and centrifugal pump.
① Acid tanks: SUS304, capacities ranging from 500 to 5000 L, can be customized according to customer requirements.
② Alkali tank: SUS304, capacity 500–5000L, etc. Can be customized according to customer requirements.
③ Water tanks: SUS304, capacities ranging from 500 to 35,000 L, can be customized according to customer requirements.
