[Product Introduction] This product is an alumino-silicate needle-punched blanket (ceramic fiber blanket), made of molten alum-silicate spun fibers, double-sided needle-punched and integrally formed without any chemical binders added throughout the process, odorless and no harmful substances released at high temperatures, with asbestos-free environmental standards. The three-dimensional interwoven fibers form a sealed air layer, providing excellent thermal insulation; it is available in 5 major common models covering the high-temperature working conditions from 800°C to 1400°C, with an additional aluminum foil composite version to enhance radiant insulation, moisture resistance, and corrosion.
