I. Product Introduction The pipe weld insulation blanket, also known as a weld slow-cooling insulation blanket weld insulation cover, is specially developed for steel pipe welding construction. The inner layer uses high-temperature resistant aluminum silicate / ceramic fiber insulation cotton, while the outer layer is paired with silicone fireproof cloth or aluminum foil fiberglass cloth, featuring a detachable structure sewn with Velcro. After welding, it wraps the weld to achieve slow cooling, preventing cracks caused by rapid; meanwhile, it can be used for outdoor pipe weld anti-freezing, heat insulation, and protection, widely applied in heating, oil and gas, power plants, and municipal network engineering. The product is asbestos-free, high-temperature resistant, and reusable. II. Product Structure Layers Inner Insulation Core Material High-density aluminum silicate needlepunched blanket / ceramic fiber cotton, with strong heat insulation and heat storage performance, temperature resistant up to 1000-1200°C, locking in residual heat of the weld for slow release, meeting the requirements of the weld slow-cooling process, and softly fitting the pipe curvature. Outer Protective Fabric Silicone fireproof cloth:, sunproof, oil-resistant, and resistant to rain, snow, and wind weathering, the preferred choice for outdoor above-ground pipelines; Aluminum foil fiberglass cloth: reflective heat-insulating, blocking external hot and cold, with good moisture-proof effect. Fixing Structure Side-widened Velcro opening and closing design, wrapping tightly and quick assembly and disassembly; overall edge-locked sewing, wear-resistant and not prone to fraying or cracking. Core Product Advantages Slow cooling and temperature control to weld cracking Carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel pipes are extremely prone to cold cracking after rapid cooling post-welding. This product continuously stores heat for slow cooling, stabilizing the weld metallographic structure, complying with engineering welding construction specifications, and making it an essential consumable for pipeline construction. Ultra-high fire and high-temperature resistance Class non-combustible material, long-term temperature resistance of 1000°C, short-term peak of 1200°C, does not melt smoke in high-temperature welding environments, providing safe flame retardancy during construction. Detachable and reusable Velcro requires no binding or fixing, allowing a single person to wrap disassemble quickly. After construction, it can be stored intact and reused dozens of times, significantly reducing project procurement costs. Outdoor weather resistance, waterproofing, and anti-freezing silicone cloth version is not afraid of rain, snow, frost, or intense sun. In winter, it can be used for weld anti-freezing insulation at sub-zero temperatures and in summer, it isolates high-temperature sunlight. Flexible adaptation to various pipe diameters Soft and bendable texture, suitable for multiple standard steel pipes from DN100 to1200, can wrap both elbow and straight pipe welds, and supports customization of irregular sizes.
