Ceramic fiber paper, also known as aluminosilicate refractory paper, is a flexible high-temperature resistant thin sheet material made from high-purity aluminosilicate ceramic as the raw material, added with organic binders, wet-formed, and dried. It is environmentally friendly and asbestos-free, capable of replacing asbestos paper and mica paper for various-temperature sealing and insulation applications. According to temperature resistance, it is divided into 3 mainstream specifications: 1260 Standard Type General-purpose basic model,-term temperature resistance of 1000°C, high cost-performance, used in ovens, ordinary electric furnaces, pipe sealing, and electrical insulation under normal working conditions. 350 High-Alumina Type Higher alumina content, long-term use at 1250-1350°C, used for heat treatment furnaces, mediumtemperature kilns, and aluminum casting mold insulation. 1430 Zirconia-Containing Type Added zirconia component, maximum temperature resistance of 1430°C, for ultra-high temperature furnaces, the glass industry, and insulation around molten metals, with resistance to thermal shock. Optional composite processes: Single-sided adhesive backing, aluminum foil, convenient for pasting and installation, enhancing the reflective insulation effect.
